I a from the Teays Valley WV area but ship all over the U.S. I work in acrylic paints, pencil, color pencils, and pastels. I will work with you to create something truly special. Please message for estimate. Estimates are good for 30 days without a deposit or 90 with a deposit. Deposit is to hold your spot on my waiting list. It is half of the total price.
